June Raid For a Cause!

Summer heat hits hard in Middletown, and a lot of people seek meals and refreshments at the Soup Kitchen on Main Street. Our first Raid For a Cause we donated a total of 545 items to the Soup Kitchen, and that was only 1 week worth of raiding!

How It Works? - For each raid completed IN THE #raid-attendance during the days of June 21st through July 8th (Community Day), Members of the Discord Mod and Leader Team will donate 1 can of non perishable food per raid (NOT JUST LEGENDARY) .

Donations will go to the St Vincent De Paul Soup Kitchen on Main Street so they can be properly distributed to people who need them or made into meals at the soup kitchen.

A tally will be kept so the server can see the total number of raids!

Friendly Competition -Whatever Team the Raid Poster is on, will be awarded to their team 1 point towards the end total. The team with the most points at the end of the charity event will decide on a new server emote! We plan to run other competitions along side this one since this is basic raiding and is easy to keep track of.

How YOU can help! -Each raid posted will be 1 item donated by a mod/team lead towards the final donation total, so attend every raid possible in the #raid-attendance channel! - Each Team can also donate items to a Gym Leader at raids, and those will be added towards your teams final tally which you can see in the #raid-for-a-cause channel.

Canned vegetables, Fruits and beans

Meals in a can

Boxed food

Pairs of socks

Hygiene products

Spices

Peanut

butter

Cans of fish

Or donate directly to our PayPal https://www.paypal.me/PokemonGoMiddletown and we will take the donations received and use that to purchase items for the Soup Kitchen. (All transactions during this event will be transparent and will be shared with the community.)
